Thanks AI: "Drones"
AI is here whether we like it or not. Some useful, some scary, but for me AI is a great form of entertainment. “Thanks AI” is a series of short films that bring fun and humor into this new tech. Everything you see and hear was generated with AI using Google Veo, Suno, and then edited together in Adobe Premiere and After Effects… “Drones” is meant to take you on an unexpected emotional journey.

Another short film from my “Thanks AI” series that brings the controversial world of AI into a brighter light with playful humor, and some twists and turns along the way. As someone who proudly grew up in somewhat of a “hippy” culture, I had to poke some fun at myself and my people. Everything you see and hear was generated with AI, using MidJourney, Google Veo, and Suno… “Hippies” is meant to take you on an unexpected emotional journey.

My newest short film in my “Thanks AI” series that brings AI generated content into the horror realm. I’ve been listening to nothing buy Nine Inch Nails lately, and that certainly translated into this edit. Everything was generated with AI, using Google Veo, MidJourney, Riffusion, and Suno… “The Final Film” was crafted to flow through many emotions.

Installation Art
Altered States: "Three"
This is not special effects, but video documentation of an art installation created while working towards my “Altered States” series. I created this piece by aiming a colored laser onto a vibrating mirror submerged in water. The resulting cymatics (patterns created by sound vibrations) altered the laser’s reflection on the wall. Audio was mixed in Adobe Audition and added in post.

Altered States: "Tubes"
Again, not special effects or editing, but video documentation of an art installation. I created this piece by aiming a colored light onto a mirror submerged in water, then altered ripples in the water using my fingers. The resulting patterns reflected onto white tubes on the wall. Audio was mixed in Adobe Audition and added in post.

When AI imagery first gained populatity, I dove head first into the new medium. I was lucky enough to be chosen to do insider testing for the company, assisted and taught users, and created a website with over 100k yearly visitors. Many requested I walk them through my MidJourney Prompter tool, so here was a quick tutorial about using Prompter and Randomness.

Biography
I am a Video Editor and Digital Artist with 20+ years in photography and post-processing, 7+ years of professional video editing, and 4+ years as a senior agency lead. My creative approach, deeply informed by an MFA in Photography, merges fine-art intuition with custom-built automated workflows and modern AI pipelines. This allows me to bring a distinct, systematized visual perspective to every project.
My personal work has been exhibited in galleries across the East Coast, featured in solo performances, and published in FRAMES Magazine. My current practice sits at the intersection of the analog and the digital,blending low-tech toy cameras and experimental optics with super-weird editing and custom automated actions to explore the possibilities of imagery.
